Site visit

We will schedule your first site inspection. During this inspection, we will review your renovation project details. This provides us with the opportunity to view your project first hand. During this meeting, measurements will be taken, options will be reviewed, and we will strive to bring your dreams to reality.
Depending on the scale of the renovation, Plans / Drawings may be required.
Plans / drawings

Our team of designers and architects will bring your project alive! Working with these individuals will help to plan your process, while ensuring the details meet your expectations. At this time, we will also discuss building permits required to complete your renovation.
Scope of work
No Commitment Required.
Our transparent Scope of Work exceeds expectations. Providing detail, while allowing clients to understand everything included. Within this proposal, you will be provided with a breakdown of pricing. This is important for you to understand how we come up with our overall project total.
Design / budget review
No Commitment Required.
We will review the Scope of Work provided. At this time, we will answer any questions you may have and discuss potential contingencies. If revisions are required, we provide one complimentary revision to adjust the Scope of Work as needed.
Commitment & deposit
Commitment Required ($).
At this stage, you have chosen us to complete your renovation! To proceed, we will require you to sign our Renovation Agreement, Terms & Conditions paperwork. A deposit cheque will also be needed, to confirm your commitment.
Permit application

Depending on the Scope of Work, we will apply for building permits on your behalf through your local municipality.
Introductory meeting

This pre-construction meeting is designed for you to meet your project manager. During this time we will review the project layout, review overall construction timeline, and selections made towards this project.
Begin construction
Commitment Required ($).
After an extensive planning process, your renovation can now begin. Throughout the renovation, you will have constant communication with Rose Building Group to keep you up to date with the progress of your renovation.
During construction
Commitment Required ($).
Throughout the construction stage, we will schedule site visits to review progress. Our payment schedule will ensure progress is made before further payments are required throughout the duration of the renovation.
Final walkthrough / project completion

At the completion of your renovation, there will be a final walk through. At this time, we will review the results of the overall renovation project to ensure your happiness. During this stage, all remaining documentation will be signed, and outstanding payments are reconciled.
